can service my account?
PrimeScribe can usually accept dictations within one
working day from opening your account. It takes a
few days longer if you have a lot of work-types and
templates. Setting up hand-helds usually takes one
week (mostly due to ordering the devices from your
favorite retailer). Please keep in mind that we can
not guarantee accuracy and turn-around time for 1
to 4 weeks - depending on the size of your account.
Please see our disclaimers.
NOTE: Implementing electronic interfaces to your HIS
and related services will take longer. Please ask
us for an estimate.
Do I have to buy any equipment to get
started?
No. All you need is a PC, an Internet connection
and a touch-tone phone to get started. There is no
dictation equipment to buy and no tapes to stock.
NOTE: PrimeScribe's hand-held solutions require the
purchase of digital recorders. Please ask us for details.
