1. Accuracy Guarantee
& Disclaimer
PrimeScribe Health, Inc. guarantees 98%+ accuracy
for all documents transcribed by PrimeScribe provided
that:
a. The dictation occurred via a land-line (not mobile
/ cell phone), or a digital recording device approved
by PrimeScribe.
b. The dictator spoke clearly and audibly as well
as spelled uncommon phrases and patient names.
c. The account has been with PrimeScribe for more
than four weeks.
d. The dictator and/or dictator's designee accurately
and completely uploaded and/or transferred dictated
voice files not dictated by telephone.
If more than 98% of all documents delivered to a
customer during any billing period fall below the
accuracy rating of 98% (more than 2 out of a 100 words
are incorrect or missing), the customer will not be
charged for each such document, as long as the dictation
has met the above conditions. PrimeScribe reserves
the right to change this policy without prior notice.
2. Turn-Around Guarantee & Disclaimer
Turn-Around refers to the time interval between the
time PrimeScribe receives a dictated voice file from
the customer and the transcribed document is returned
to the customer via our Web-CPR document management
application. PrimeScribe guarantees that 96% or more
documents will be within the guaranteed turn-around
time (typically 48 hours, but may vary on pricing
package and customer requirements) provided that:
a. No network or related breakdowns occurred which
are outside PrimeScribe's control (including but not
limited to Internet network failures, power failures,
or customer's ISP service interruptions).
b. The dictator spoke clearly and audibly as well
as spelled uncommon phrases and patient names.
c. The account has been with PrimeScribe for more
than four weeks.
d. The customer has informed PrimeScribe at least
two weeks ahead of time of any increases in transcription
volume.
e. The customer is not experiencing higher than normal
transcription volumes.
f. The customer provides PrimeScribe with a continuous,
equal level of quantities in dictation.
Please note that turn-around times maybe extended
by up to 48 hours during national holidays.
If fewer than 95% of all documents delivered to a
customer during any billing period are outside the
guaranteed true-around, the customer will not be charged
for each such document, as long as the above waivers
do not apply. PrimeScribe reserves the right to change
this policy without prior notice.
3. Minimum Requirements For Using PrimeScribe’
Products and Services
a. Personal computer with Windows (R) 98 or higher.
Internet Explorer 5.x or higher. Internet access,
high speed (such as DSL, cable or T1) recommended.
b. For hand-held dictation the customer requires
digital hand-held devices. These devices vary in cost
from $250 to $350. PrimeScribe does not sell, maintain
or support such devices. Additional software may be
necessary which will be provided to customer by PrimeScribe
for no additional cost.
4 . Other Conditions and Disclaimers
a. The CPR application is free to dictators who transcribe
at least 1,000 lines with PrimeScribe per month.
b. Customer may cancel anytime. Except for dictations
still in the PrimeScribe system, transcription will
seize immediately. Customer will have access to the
CPR / document management applications until the end
of the billing period in which the account was cancelled.
c. No long-term contracts are required by PrimeScribe.
However, customers must agree to PrimeScribe' terms
and conditions provided to customer during sign-up.
The use of any of PrimeScribe' products and services
by a customer means that the customer has agreed to
and accepted all terms and conditions.
